Schema first, credit claims second.
The RCCS surface is wired as a pre-issuance display. It can show readiness, measurement status, and the evidence contract now; quantified credits remain null until the baseline audit, verifier attestation, and credit schema are available.
Data contract
What the display is prepared to track.
The surface follows the Five Capitals frame already used by Evergreen Foundry. Current status is readiness only; future values require measured or verified evidence.
Readiness path to a finance-grade claim.
Baseline
Capture initial soil, water, biodiversity, social, built, and financial observations with methods and provenance.
Measure
Track changes against the baseline using calibrated or otherwise documented measurement methods.
Verify
Attach independent verifier attestation and epistemic status to every assertion used in the credit calculation.
Calculate
Produce an auditable RCCS calculation proof before any credit quantity is shown publicly.
Issue
Display issued credit metadata only after the registry, vintage, verifier, and claim boundaries are known.
